UM Real Estate and Business Services works with campus Real Estate Coordinators for all real estate activities, including property purchases, sales, real property donations, leases, easements, right-of-use agreements, and mineral rights.
The Real Estate Coordinator should be contacted as soon as a department anticipates the need for a new leased facility, or a change in the status of a current leased facility.
