Precision health develops interventions for individuals and populations to improve diagnosis, treatment and patient care. Rather than using a traditional one-size-fits-all approach, precision health is based on individualized factors, such as genetics, environment and lifestyle.

The state-of-the-art Roy Blunt NextGen Precision Health building on the MU campus brings a range of health researchers, clinicians and industry partners together under one roof in search of life-saving precision health diagnostics, treatments and therapies. Their collaborative effort using the building’s advanced instrumentation and multidisciplinary laboratory spaces streamlines the process of developing new solutions for patients.
