- Authority -- The Vice President for Finance and Administration of the University is authorized to execute on behalf of the Curators of the University of Missouri receipts, claims and affidavits to be filed in decedents' or guardianship estates, claims and affidavits in bankruptcy, and to verify any accounts due to or from the Curators of the University of Missouri, and other affidavits relating particularly to the financial records of the University or books and accounts under the control of the Vice President for Finance and Administration.
