The University of Missouri closed Oct. 19, 2005 on the purchase of 12 Mansion Hills condominiums: 4371A, 4371C, 4371E, 4375B, 4375F, 4379B, 4379F, 4383A, 4383C, 4383E, 4422A, and 4422E. The condominiums are located on Normandy Trace Drive, St. Louis, Mo. The purchase was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Oct. 7, 2005 meeting. The property was purchased from John P. and Nancy L. Hessler for $495,000.
