Notice of Property Lease
Discovery Ridge Research Park, Columbia, Mo.
On November 1, 2006 the University of Missouri received a fully executed lease for 11.48 acres at Discovery Ridge Research Park, Columbia, Mo. The property is leased to Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories, Inc. (ABC Labs), for $43,560 per acre with $100,000 to be paid at the inception of the lease and the balance to be paid by the end of five years. There is an option to extend the lease an additional 20 years. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its March 24, 2006 meeting.
