The University of Missouri executed a lease with Campus View Dr., LLC, d.b.a Campus View Apartments, Austin, Texas at Campus View Apartments, 301 Campus View Drive, Columbia, Mo. on June 6, 2008. The lease was approved by the Executive Committee of the University of Missouri Board of Curators on May 21, 2008. The lease is for $3,300 per bed ($858,000) for 10 months beginning with the fall semester 2008, for the University of Missouri - Columbia.
