NOTICE OF LEASE
204 N. Keene Street, Suite 200
The University of Missouri received a fully executed lease for 6,007 s.f. at 204 N. Keene Street, Suite 200, Columbia, Mo., on Nov. 2, 2005 from Vogt Properties LLC. The annual base rent is $22.50 s.f. ($135,157.50) plus a proportionate share of building expenses, estimated at $2.50 s.f. ($15,017.50) for a 10-year lease, with the option to extend for one additional three-year term with CPI adjustments at each three-year period. This lease is for University of Missouri Health Care and was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its Oct. 7, 2005 meeting.
