University of Missouri Board of Curators
There will be a special meeting of the University of Missouri Board of Curators at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006 in Room 215 University Hall and via telephone. Board members will hear an information item regarding the Revised Lewis and Clark Discovery Initiative. Notice is hereby given that the Board may consider a resolution to enter into executive session pursuant to Section 610.021(1), RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, including confidential or privileged communications with legal counsel and Section 610.021(12),RSMo, relating to matters identified in that provision, which include sealed bids and related documents and sealed proposals and related documents or documents related to a negotiated contract. The Board would enter into executive session after approval of the resolution.
