1 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2004, in the Conference Room, and at 1:30 p.m., in the auditorium, of the Missouri Agricultural Experiment Station, Southwest Research Center, 14548 Highway H, Mt. Vernon, Mo. The meeting will continue 9 a.m., Friday, September 10, 2004, at the Missouri Rehabilitation Center, for a presentation and tour of the facilities, 600 N. Main Street, Mt. Vernon, Mo. 65712
