Upgrades to myZou, Pathway, Joe'ss and MyView
On November 24, 2024, the university's student systems, myZou, Pathway, Joe'SS and MyView, will undergo a technical upgrade required to maintain vendor support. This upgrade will include some minor changes and enhancements to the Student Center. Details can be found online in the Student Center Guide.
As a reminder, before logging into the Student Center after this upgrade, it is recommended to clear the browser cache and cookies and restart the browser. Refer to the Division of IT knowledge article for a step-by-step guide on completing these required steps.
Navigation and Visual Changes
In November 2021, the Student Center layout was changed to use a tile-based navigation system. The tiles represent different areas within Campus Solutions and can be used to quickly navigate through the application. Hovering over tiles will also display a brief description of the information found within that area.
Below are a few of the key tiles available in the Student Center. For a full explanation of each tile, consult the Student Center Guide.

Note: These changes pertain to the Student Center and student self-service only. When faculty and staff log in, they will navigate to the "Main Menu" tile and their user experience and navigation will remain the same.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
The multi-factor authentication (MFA) process for these platforms will match a student's credentials for their university email. If a student has already used MFA to access university email and/or myHR, no additional registration steps are required. However, if a student has not recently completed MFA setup and wishes to preregister, visit the Microsoft 365 Login Information webpage.
If you experience difficulties during the process, please reach out to your IT Tech Support team.
Additional Authorized Access
Students can grant others direct and authorized online access to their student information, including, but not limited to, academic, financial aid, and student financial information. The URL’s for the AAA are different than the student login, you can find each campus access below:
