Touhill Performing Arts Center serves as an academic laboratory for University of Missouri-St. Louis students.
John Cattanach, director of operations at UMSL’s world-class Touhill Performing Arts Center, appreciates the facility’s flexible space. Together with UMSL’s comprehensive academic arts program, the exemplary facility helps train the next generation of artists, while directly enriching the St. Louis cultural environment.
The facility serves as an academic laboratory for UMSL students in classes at the College of Fine Arts and Communication. These theater, music and dance students have the opportunity to learn and perform in the very same space that hosts some of the most talented and recognizable professional performers in their fields.
