III.    Board of Curators Finance Committee Special Meeting - Executive Session (12:05 P.M., or upon conclusion of the public session)
The Finance Committee will hold an executive session of the Jan. 12, 2024, special Finance Committee meeting, pursuant to Sections 610.021(1), 610.021(2) and 610.021(12) RSMo, for consideration of certain confidential or privileged communications with university counsel, real estate and contract matters, all as authorized by law and upon approval by resolution of the Finance Committee.
